El Real Decreto Ley 19\/22, de 22 de noviembre, indica que el Consejo de Ministros aprobar\u00e1 las condiciones y requisitos a cumplir por los deudores hipotecarios para poder acogerse al C\u00f3digo de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas, as\u00ed como el plazo de lo dispuesto en las entidades financieras para acogerse a este C\u00f3digo.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo c\u00f3digo nace ante la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que afronta el pa\u00eds como consecuencia de la invasi\u00f3n de Ucrania, en particular por los efectos concurrentes de la subida de tipos de inter\u00e9s y del incremento de otros gastos de las familias, que justifican la necesidad extraordinaria y urgente de adoptar diversas medidas de soporte a la liquidez de los hogares.
